This weeks assignment was to notice the core limiting thoughts in your everyday life: Fear, Guilt, Anger, Hurt Feelings, and Unworthiness.

I wrote them down on an index card in order to keep them fresh in my mind. Towards the end of the week I began to think that I should be focusing on the opposite as to not bring more limits to my life. I was quite surprised at the words defined as the opposite of Fear.

I would have guessed it would be courage or fearlessness. To my surprise the opposite of fear is STILLNESS and CONFIDENCE.

This will forever shift my feelings fear. Instead of “feel the fear and do it anyway”, I will go into the stillness within and find the confidence that is mine by birthright. HUGE!!!
