I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy.

I am whole.

Everything I need is here, now. My journey is to discover that indeed I am a golden buddha, uncover that gold, remove the cement and keep it off.

I am perfect.

Nothing in this universe was created by mistake, including me. The beauty, perfect. The warts, perfect. My journey of discovery, perfect. Where I am on that journey, perfect.

I am strong.

My strength is measured in my positive thinking. It is measured when I realize my thinking has been negative or opinionated. It is measured in my getting back up after a challenge has knocked me down. Exercising my mind strengthens my knowing the connection to the universe.

I am powerful.

I can be what I will to be. The Law of Growth, whatever we think about grows.
Haanel 11-18. We are first to believe that our desire has already been fulfilled, its accomplishment will then follow.

This is a concise direction for making use of the creative power of thought by impressing on the Universal subjective mind, the particular thing which we desire as an already existing fact.

Haanel 11-19. We are thus thinking on the plane of the absolute and eliminating all consideration of conditions or limitation and are planting a seed which, if left undisturbed, will finally germinate into external fruition.

I am loving.

I was created in love. And, I was created by universal love. I love all humanity and all of the natural world.

I am harmonious.

I am exercising (thinking) my way to power. Haanel 10-21, “Constructive thought must necessarily be creative, but creative thought must be harmonious,” and 10-22, “all harmonious conditions are the result of power”, “all power is from within”, all power is developed, by exercise.”

I am happy.

I am alive. I have a will to create more abundance, more happiness and to be a conduit for the Law of Growth to flourish.
