I did a bit of a head trick on myself in Week 6
The first time I participated in MKE, I got a bit derailed with the shapes. I realized I have been getting nervous and psyching myself out about them this time as week 6 approached.
Turns out I did a pretty good job of messing with my own head. I did get my movie poster done, but fell short on some other things.
The good news is I know what needs to be caught up on and tweaked, and I know where to look for help doing that.
My Polo group is very active and supportive, for which I am grateful.
This is a very short catch-up blog, so I stay honorable with the process and the commitments.

You’re doing exactly what growth requires Cheryl —honesty, awareness, and commitment. The fact that you caught yourself, adjusted, and stayed true to your promises says far more about your progress than any perfect week ever could.
You didn’t get derailed this time—you redirected. And with your clarity, your Tribe and your willingness to keep showing up, you’re absolutely on track. You’ve got this.
“This is so relatable, Cheryl. It’s amazing how we can ‘pre-psyche’ ourselves out about a task before we even begin. Good for you for recognizing that pattern and still getting your movie poster done! That’s a win. And what a gift to have such a supportive Polo group to lean on. This wasn’t a short catch-up—it was an honest and powerful step forward. Thank you for this, Cheryl. Keep going!”
Congrats Cheryl! You are the Observer and honoring your commitments
There you go, Cheryl, see you figured out eventually. The secret of this whole process is “self-realization” and “grit to continue on” regardless of what happens on the way. Keep going, you are doing great!
