Og’s quote is profound and truthfully it’s an every moment of beginning a new life. So every thought counts and that’s why gratitude is coming to the forefront.

There is so much to be grateful for and there is so much that I have taken for granted and overlooked only to complain about something and never noticing the beauty of what’s in each moment.

I could walk around all day in complete awe and wonder just noticing amazing little simple things to be grateful for. Who would have thought that life could be such an amazing moment by moment adventure.
