Isn’t it amazing how you can go through the same experience and have it feel brand new?
I’m in Week 3 of the Master Key Experience (MKE) for the second time, and I am still having “Aha!” moments every single day. I was so excited to dive in and do all the work this round… except for one tiny, massive thing.
The daily sit.
Ugh! My mind had the best story for this. “If I sit still, I’ll lose my momentum! I need that frantic energy to make big changes!”
Then, a fellow MKE student—a classic, high-energy “Yellow” like me—called me out.
Publicly.
He was loud, pushy, and honestly, a bit of a bully. It was such a distraction. I just want to bring positive, fun energy, and this felt awful. It got so bad a friend actually removed me from our group chat just to give me a break!
But this guy eventually found me in a private chat. I told him point-blank: “I left that pushy, garbage communication style back in California. I don’t need it here!”
We went back and forth, and finally, just to stop his nagging, I set my timer. Fine. 10 minutes.
And… darn it. It felt good.
The next day, I did 30 minutes. Life-changing.
All that frantic, spinning energy in my head? Gone.
Doing the 30 minite sit is like a full-body compression hug. It’s security. This shift happened just as I’m 14 days into a juice and broth cleanse that’s also clearing my mind.
Now, I’m hydrated, nourished, and calm.
Don’t worry—I’m still 100% me!
Still laughing, still brainstorming, but now?
Now I’m a better, focused version of myself
What an incredible breakthrough!

I love your simple/complex story-telling, Stephanie, even the painful parts. This one is ending in a miracle transformation and I couldn’t be more glad for you. How wise of you to work on all that along with a “juice and broth cleanse that’s also clearing my mind”. Oh so good!
Lots of aha moments for me too the second time. But that does make sense because I’m not the same person I was a year ago. I hear, see and interact differently.
