Feeling lonely? Eat cookies.

Feeling stressed? Eat cheese and crackers.

Happy? Eat chocolate.

That’s how i managed my emotions in childhood.

My self-awareness finally grew to a point where I realized I was eating for every emotion. The one thing I was not eating for? True hunger.

As I got older, alcohol became an option to manage the mood, but it was expensive, and I hated how it made me feel. So, that never really stuck as an option to feel better.

It took a couple of health scares years ago to make me dive headfirst into finding a real solution for eating and managing emotions.

I discovered high-micronutrient, plant-based eating, and it simply resonated.

Eating this way I immediately felt better, saw physical improvements, and my health conditions began to improve and even reverse the longer I ate that way.

Here’s the crazy part: even though my health was better, I hadn’t yet faced the underlying problem: food addiction.

Hence began the years of yo-yo dieting.

It wasn’t until I got into the Master Key Experience (MKE) that I truly realized I have complete control over my thoughts and behaviors. If I could change my thinking, I could change my behavior… and get different results.

So, I’ve been applying the daily habits faithfully and today, I saw the progress in real-time.

I got some very disappointing financial news.

My old program would have been to numb that stress with food, immediately.

This time? I just… went into action.

I sat down, looked at the challenge, and started to strategize a workaround.

It wasn’t until a little while later that it hit me: My reaction to big, emotional news was to take action to solve the problem NOT to eat!

I just watched decades of emotional programming fizzle out. It’s all clicking! I was living this very quote from Og Mandino’s The Greatest Salesman in the World:

As I repeat the words daily they will soon become part of my active mind, but more important, they will seep into my other important mind, that mysterious source that never sleeps, which creates my dreams, and often makes me act in ways I do not comprehend. Og Mandino

My daily habits had seeped in! That “mysterious source” just ran a new, better program automatically, without me even having to think about it.

This is more than just a small win; it’s a new life!

I feel like I’m pulling myself out of that old “victim” mindset and genuinely walking toward abundance. I feel clear, focused, and ready to tackle my day with a new enthusiasm! WOO HOOOOOO!

This moment proved to me that I am more than my daily habits. I am the architect of my daily habits.

I intend to become a Master Architect of my daily habits!

Changing my thoughts is the first step in creating the life I want.

This experience gave me even more proof that this MKE methodology is working for me.

Now I’m even more committed to making sure I do the daily habits as instructed.

Onward!

  • WOO HOOOOO indeed, Stephanie! This is absolutely monumental. What you described isn’t just “not eating”—it’s a complete neural pathway rewrite. Your old self felt stress and reached for food; your new self feels stress and reaches for solutions. That shift from a victim of circumstance to the architect of your response is everything. The Og Mandino quote is perfect—your subconscious is now running a program of empowerment, and it ran it automatically! This is the proof we all need to keep doing the daily habits. So incredibly happy for you and your new life! Onward!

  • This is so awesome! I love seeing your progress along this journey. Keep doing the work. You are worth it.

  • Stephanie! One of my fave wordsmiths! You wrote this so clearly with such verve about something lots of us struggle with. How impressive that your change/manifestation snuck up on you IN THE VERY MOMENT it was needed the most. Thanks for sharing that with the Master Mind. So grateful for you.
