MKE Week 3 – Keeping the Enthusiasm High

This week is truly testing me. I, and my whole family, have come down with a strong cold. My head is pounding, my energy low, and yet I ask myself: How do I keep the enthusiasm alive?

I’ve learned that taking the pressure off helps. So this week, I begin my mornings lying down, starting with self-motivation, meditation, and focus practice. Just a few minutes make a huge difference, my mind clears, and my heart opens again.

Even though my body sweats and aches, I keep going. It feels good to stay aligned with my goals, even on the hard days. And honestly? I’m proud of myself! I’ve revised my DMP and kept up with my daily routine, no matter how challenging it’s been.

Sometimes it’s exactly that: showing up when it’s tough.

Small steps, gentle patience, and a smile.

Onward …

  • Thank you, Luc!
Yes, those old patterns really are something, aren’t they? For me, “hard and challenging” has been the default setting for far too long. It’s truly time to use my creativity fully, for good, and without all the exhaustion that used to come with it. 🙏✨

  • Thank you, Davene!
And thank you both for structuring courage and the will to persevere so clearly and powerfully. It’s truly mega! 💪✨

  • “Showing up when it’s tough”, it’s exactly that! It’s your Old Blueprint which makes it tough, and after you have shown it a few times that you don’t concede, it will give up on you and look for another way to trick you…until its big bag of tricks is eventually empty! Doing exactly what you are doing right now is living in greatness, congratulations! And thank you for this inspiring post!

  • Well done for finding a way to keep on track with the exercises.
Your resilience shines brightly and no wonder you feel proud of yourself, what a great feeling.

  • Amazing Dorothea (love your name) YES! it’s the times when is so hard to get it done that we reap the greatest rewards of taking personal responsibility and DO it Now anyway – Good on you! Mahal for sharing
