Each week there are more great tools to keep me motivated. For instance, the “Seven Laws of the Mind” who knew? Law of Substitution replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. Law of Relaxation access to infinite intelligence. Law of Practice makes improvement. Law of Forgiveness is healing. Law of Dual Thought fast thinking and slow thinking. Law of Subconscious acts without question and the Law of Growth always increases your capacity.

Now this is powerful just learning and understanding the laws of your mind. It’s BIG! I look forward to going deeper into those laws.

My struggle with being still for fifteen minutes has turned into falling asleep sitting up. Lol However, I am not giving up I will keep trying until I conquer it. I’m not sure I have a good understanding of the index cards and the meaning of the colors clearly yet.

Week two was harder than I thought. Much given much required. I still believe I’m doing great things by taking this course, it’s helping me move to the next level, it has me thinking all day long. Looking forward to week three, I will continue to always keep my promise.
