Rescued off the Ledge

I am grateful that a group of us decided to do this together! It is very possible that I may not have made it past week two, if I were on my own.

This week, triggers were definitely ignited and resistance was in full effect. I’m grateful that I reached out to a friend in our group that shared a similar experience she had and how she handled it. It was exactly what I needed to hear. And just like that, I was off the ledge and full speed ahead again.

I’m utilizing a habit tracker to keep me on task. It has alleviated a lot of the overwhelm and disorganization that was building.

Fitting the Master Key Experience (MKE) into an already packed schedule, poses quite the challenge. Stacking MKE assignments with my current habits has made it more manageable!

I know it will be well worth the sacrifice. I’ve already learned and overcame so much.

Slowly, but surely, I’m getting into a groove, and loving on the wins after pushing through!

  • Lois, you are doing so well with managing the new obligations this course brings to your life. I have no doubt that all the nuances you are experiencing right now are meant to move you forward. Thank you for candidly sharing your progress through the journey!

  • Beautiful! I know all about resistance and doing the things that push me forward… then hearing that voice in my head ‘why? you’re not good enough! you’re just going to fail again!’ I came across a quote from Evan Carmichael, ‘Success is not final, and failure is not fatal – what truly matters is the courage that gives the spirit to rise again’ The picture associated with the quote is the Phoenix Rising! I love that Bird!!!
