These last couple of weeks, I have worn my compass and magnifying glass on my necklace with my cross and I will continue to do so. It helps me remember no matter where I am to press on, and focus on what I want to become… Who I really am!
It helps me to remember to persist until I succeed. When thinking about my business I hear the words, “Do it now”, and “I can be what I will to be”. This helped me to move forward with what I want to do.
Things at work tend to really push by buttons, but I grasp my compass, and speak or think I greet this day with love in my heart and I succeed. This doesn’t mean to back down when someone comes against your beliefs or what you want to do.
People don’t know how to react to someone who knows what they want. This past week, I told my boss that I am going part time, and his first reaction was to come against what I was saying, I told him it is time to jump full force into my business, and I am doing it now.
His reaction was to tell me that my business could fail. He said that 98% of all businesses fail unless they are established. My business has been established for 34 years and I have always worked it part time, and my work full time.
He is not at my clinic much of the time, and not really a part of our team, so he has no clue about what goes on with each of us. He just throws out negative to each of us when we stand strong with what we want to make us back down.
I love what the Master Key Experience (MKE) is doing for me! Everything that we have done in this course is sticking with me and I will succeed!
Many times, in the past, I have let managers talk down to me, I didn’t feel like I was anyone to stand up to them. No more! I love the girl in the mirror and I am worthy of so much more than I ever realized. I persist and I will succeed!

Good for you, Traci! What a great idea to have that reminder hanging around your neck:)
