Something has changed in me: I actually look forward to going to the gym now. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday have become my routine. At first it was hard, but now it feels natural.
Every time I go, I try a little harder than the time before. I feel stronger, more confident, and proud of myself for sticking with it.
It’s becoming a habit I enjoy—not something I force myself to do. And that feels amazing.
