This week has been incredibly busy, but I’ve been doing my best to stay consistent with the workbook assignments. My resolve has truly been tested as I’ve worked to balance everything on my plate while staying committed to the MKE program.
Through this challenge, I’ve also identified areas where I need to sharpen my discipline to prevent myself from falling behind. It’s been a valuable reminder that growth often comes through persistence and self-awareness, and I’m determined to keep improving each week.

Sounds like a wise riding instructor!
One of my riding instructors used to call self-awareness, discipline and persistence “the Big Three.” Thank you for a reminder.
Cheering you on Ken!
Kenneth — your sincere reflection on persistence deeply resonated. I appreciate how you affirmed the quiet strength to review and improve in showing up again and again.
Taking personal responsibility is an amazing elixir for life, and that is exactly what you are doing! It gives us the energy to fulfill our promises! Good on you Kenneth!
