Reflections on Week twenty

In recent weeks, we've discovered the art of focusing our minds. Before that, we explored the depths of our creative thinking. These exercises have challenged your Conscious Mind and broadened your perspective. Now, let's embrace a different approach - simply exist in the moment. Let go of thinking, reasoning, debating, or examining - simply be present.

This represents true mastery and self-control over your entire Being. You're making a mindful choice to step back and watch things unfold naturally, as an observer. This gentle approach reveals valuable wisdom that would have remained hidden had you rushed to evaluate and control situations based on quick judgments.
